Christopher T. Braswell serves as President of b2 Talent Solutions. Christopher has over twenty years’ experience partnering with organizations in talent management, executive search, and leadership development. In his most recent role, he partnered with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (“TMCF”) to found a new venture, TM2 Education Search (“TM2”), which supported the Black College Community in hiring and developing executive leaders. Before co-founding TM2, he co-founded Talent Bridge, where he managed the Executive Search Practice, Career Services Division, and Diversity Talent Practice. His primary responsibility was to collaborate with local, regional, and national organizations to help them identify, attract, and hire top talent with a focus on minority leaders.
Throughout his career, Christopher has established long-standing relationships with senior leaders that have equipped him with an in-depth understanding of the caliber of talent organizations are seeking, what it takes to manage a successful career, and how to develop individuals into high performing leaders. He has been a featured keynote speaker at numerous organizations with a focus on career management and diversity recruiting. His passion for the issues surrounding the development of minority talent inspired his partnership with TMCF and involvement with Johnson C. Smith University (a Historical Black College and University), as an Advisor for the School of Business.
Christopher earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is married with two sons and lives in Charlotte, NC.
Christopher Barncastle serves as SVP and COO of b2 Talent Solutions, Inc., where he manages the recruiting delivery and operations functions. Christopher believes that service is the bedrock of all that he does. Through building an inspired and purposed-driven culture Christopher believes his team can do their part to change the world for the better while providing the best in class service to his clients.
Christopher has twenty-two years of experience providing clients with talent solutions including executive search, onsite VOP and staffing. In his most recent role, Christopher founded CJ Barncastle and Associates, a retained executive search firm delivering transformational talent within the retail, wholesale and consumer products verticals. Prior to this, he led the technology retained search efforts and onsite delivery for a large retail client at TalentBridge.
Christopher recently moved back to Charlotte with his wife and their four small children after a four-year stay in Europe.
Felicia Hipp, MSN, RN serves a Strategic Healthcare Adviser and Coach for b2 Talent Solutions. Felicia has over twenty years’ experience working in clinical leadership and consulting. She has worked in senior clinical leadership roles and was the co-founder of Discover Wellness, a health and wellness consulting firm. Her expertise is in the assessment of talent, retention of staff, employee engagement, coaching and mentoring. Felicia has proven success in stabilizing clinical staffing, increasing employee engagement, and increasing staff retention.
Throughout her career, Felicia has empowered, trained, and mentored healthcare clinical leaders and staff in strategic ways that have fostered culture engagement, professionalism, civility, accountability, and satisfaction in the workplace. This experience has equipped her with an in-depth understanding of how to develop healthy relationships between healthcare leaders and staff, as well as, increasing employee commitment to the organization.
Felicia earned her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and her Master’s in Nursing Administration with a Certificate in Nursing Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She is married with three sons and one daughter.
